Apple iPhone 4S Review

With the expectation that Apple would release the iPhone 5 there was initial surprise and dissapointment with the iPhone 4S. However, there has been a hugh overall of features and gadgets that more than compensate. The Camera is 8MP with a great aperture ratio. The CPU (Dual Core A5) is the same as the iPad2. The Retina Display is truely stunning, with four times the pixel count of previous iPhones. Siri is Apples voice recognition service which could be market changer or a flop, time will tell. I can see improved performance in multitasking and the HD video recorder works extremely well even in poor light conditions. Apple FaceTime is great, instant video calling at a touch.

Ployer Momo9 Tablet Review

You need to be realistic when spending this amount of money on a Android Tablet, so don't expect to much for the price. The Ployer Momo9 is about as cheap as you can get, however, the specification is rather good for the price. With a 1.2GHz processor (Cortex A8), 512MB RAM (DDR3) running Android OS 4.0.3 it's quite impressive. Include a 7 inch (800x480 resolution) capacitive screen and 1080P HD this should meet your multimedia needs. There is 8GB of internal storage expandable to 32GB with microSD. The camera is a rediculous 0.3MP so I am not sure why they even bothered to include one as the quality is shocking. I think for day to day internet and multimedia usage at a bargain price this will be just about right for a lot of users.

Gadgets Ireland Rating: 2.5 Stars

Features:
  • Android OS 4.0.3
  • 1.2 GHz CPU (Cortex A8)
  • 7 inch Display, Capacitive Touchscreen (800x480 Resolution)

  • 8GB Internal Storage Expandable to 32GB With microSD Card

  • Intermittent WiFi Connection Issues
  • Intermittent Performance Lag

The new model is slightly heavier and thicker. A Multimedia master class, it's slim design and latest android OS provides high end performance. It's 4.3" display has a 540 x 960 resolution. My first impression about the Experia Ray was that the size was just about right. I absolutely love the display screen, the colour depth is amazing, much better than the iPhone in my opinion.
