Android Smartphone Reviews

Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 Review

I am stunned at the quality of this phone compared to it higher priced big brothers. It has a dual core processor (800 MHz) making it lightning fast. The user interface (UI) layout is simple to use, very responsive and intuitive. I also found app downloads speeds considerably faster than from iTunes on my iPhone 4S. The Ace 2 has a larger screen than its predecessor (3.8) and is slimmer and lighter, if somewhat bulkier.

Sony Ericson Xperia Ray Review

My first impression about the Experia Ray was that the size was just about right. I absolutely love the display screen, the colour depth is amazing, much better than the iPhone in my opinion. The style of the phone may not appeal to everyone, there are no seductive curves, it's literally a block. The camera is impressive with 8.1MP and 720P video providing stunning results.

    HTC One S Review

A Multimedia master class, it's slim design and latest android OS provides high end performance. It's 4.3" display has a 540 x 960 resolution. I really liked the 8MP Camera with HTC's ImageSense, allowing for multiple shot modes, panoramic, macro and HDR. The One S has 16GB of internal memory but to my horror no microSD slot, this was a dissapointment. Performace is impressive, it has a 1.5MHz dual core processor which means a very slick user interface.
